Accounts Receivable Accountant Hiring: Saigon Express

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Manage and monitor monthly debt reconciliation with customers.

- Check import and export documents and valid service fees before posting debt.

- Update and compare data with warehouse accountant, warehouse keeper accurately calculates numbers before sending to customers.

- Plan to collect customer debts promptly.

- Weekly cash flow report and monthly debt report.

- Monitor contract renewal promptly when the storage time is about to expire.

 - Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Do not let debt become overdue or exceed the allowed debt age.

- Ensure data is accurate, error-free and avoid loss during the money recovery process.

- Have a spirit of learning, responsibility, and be able to withstand pressure at work.

- Prior experience with AR is preferred. If not, training will be provided.

- Graduated from intermediate school or higher in related majors
