Saigon Express Hiring: Warehouse Solution Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive inquiries from customers looking for warehouse rental and goods storage services.

• Analyze and develop optimal warehousing solutions tailored to each customer's specific needs.

• Consult, quote prices, present solutions, address inquiries, and persuade clients to choose Saigon Express's warehousing services.

• Provide customer care for current and past clients, resolve any issues arising during service usage, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Receive support with customer data leads. Additionally, proactively source and connect with new clients in need of warehouse rentals.

• Submit monthly work reports or as requested.

• Coordinate with the Accounting, Marketing, and Admin departments to complete assigned tasks.

• Job details will be discussed further during the interview.

• Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in business, warehouse operations, or logistics.

• Clear voice, strong consulting, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Proficient in office computing. Candidates with English communication skills are preferred.

• Strong reporting, presentation, and business email writing skills.

• Graduated from College level or above (unrestricted majors).
