Saigon Express Team Building 2023: Bonding Journey and Conquering Challenges

Saigon Express's meaningful Teambuilding 2023 trip takes place on 3 days August 25, 26, 27, 2023 in Mui Ne. The Saigon Express family had unforgettable moments!

In order to enhance the spirit of solidarity between company departments, as well as create conditions for staff to relax after a year of hard work, Saigon Express Joint Stock Company organized for all employees an exciting Teambuilding trip in the coastal city of Phan Thiet for 3 days August 25, 26, 27, 2023. Here, everyone had wonderful experiences and participated in elaborately prepared group activities.

At the beginning of the trip, everyone had breakfast at De Nhat pulled noodles restaurant, enjoying fresh noodles pulled on the spot. Throughout the journey, the tour guide introduces the culture, history, customs, etc. of each land where the group passes through.

The next destination is Binh An Farm, located in Thuan Minh village, Thuan Quy commune, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province. The group explored the melon garden, Salacata vineyard, Italian vineyard,... rich in fruit, and enjoyed products from fresh agricultural products such as melon juice, grape wine, cut melon, and freeze-dried dragon fruit.

In the evening at the resort, the group had a cozy BBQ dinner and had a blast with a vibrant campfire program and many interesting games.

The second day in Mui Ne was the highlight of the trip with impressive Teambuilding activities. “The spirit of great solidarity - Have fun - Try your best” - all shown in magnificently prepared games.

Some images of Teambuilding games:

Having fun, laughing and chatting happily at windy Phan Thiet beach seems to bring people closer together. There, there is no longer a gap between leaders and employees, between the WAREHOUSE or TRANSPORTATION departments. There, we become one, become brothers under a common roof called Saigon Express.

The bustling atmosphere of the beach that day was no different from a festival when joy and cheers echoed everywhere. The efforts of the teams participating in the game and the cheering audience were both very "energetic", true to the energetic working spirit of Saigon Express staff.

Through this, it can be easily seen that the Company's "warriors" are all very passionate and enthusiastic in everything. Even though there are many difficulties and challenges, they still try to overcome them and succeed. The proof is that the challenges of the teambuilding program have been conquered and completed excellently.

On the evening of day 2, the group had dinner and participated in the Gala Dinner program with many elaborately prepared performances from all departments. The bright smiles of the members are the clearest proof of the program's success - Helping members understand each other better, and love the shared home of Saigon Express more.

At the end of the 3 days and 2 nights move to Mui Ne, Phan Thiet, the Saigon Express family had fun and meaningful moments.

People who were strangers, not from the same hometown, not the same age, but gathered in one place, bonded together, built dreams together and devoted themselves to a common goal.

Saigon Express has been established for more than 10 years. During that journey, we could not have developed strongly until now without our teammates. Saigon Express is like a second home, making the years long, no matter who goes or stays, they will always remember the days of hard work and dedication to youth.

Hopefully, the Saigon Express family will always maintain the fire of enthusiastic spirit, stand together to write new pages for our Company, continue to devote ourselves, and create great values.
