Saigon Express Team Building 2026: One Team, One Goal

On August 16 - 17, 2026, the Saigon Express family went through a 2-day-1-night Team Building journey together in Long Hai. Although not long, the trip brought a lot of laughter, memorable moments and most of all, the team spirit was strengthened with the message "WORK HARD - PLAY HARD” and “ONE TEAM - ONE GOAL”.

Take a break from work and start an exciting journey together

On the morning of August 16, 2026, Saigon Express members gathered at the office 121 Hoang Quoc Viet in their familiar red uniforms, officially departing for Long Hai.

Temporarily away from the busyness of the office, warehouse and transportation routes, this trip is an opportunity for everyone to relax, recharge and spend more time with their teammates who always work side by side with them at work every day.

The first stop of the journey is Gozoo Farm. Here, members have time to visit, check-in and save happy moments together before continuing to move to Oceanami Resort Long Hai.

Chaotic stories in the car, group photos or simply moments of sitting next to each other outside of work started a short but memorable journey.

Let's "Work hard - Play hard" amidst the sun and wind of Long Hai beach

On the same afternoon, Oceanami beach became the playground of the Saigon Express family with a Team Building program imbued with the spirit of:

“WORK HARD - PLAY HARD”

Wearing the red Saigon Express shirt, the members are divided into teams and enter a series of challenges that require coordination, agility, determination and especially team spirit.

There, winning or losing is no longer the most important thing.

More important are the hands reaching out when teammates need support, the endless cheers and the spirit of not giving up until the whole team completes the challenge.

There are games that seem simple, but only when everyone coordinates, listens and works towards the same goal can they be completed.

Just like in work, the strength of a team does not lie in an excellent individual, but comes from the ability to accompany, coordinate and trust each other.

Amid that vibrant atmosphere, everyday distances seem to be erased. There is no longer a distinction between leaders and employees, between Warehouse, Transportation or Office departments. Everyone joined in the laughter, ran together, played together, cheered together and became true teammates under the common roof of Saigon Express.

ONE TEAM - ONE GOAL: When we look in the same direction

After spending hours on the beach, the evening is a completely different space with the Gala Dinner program with the theme:

“ONE TEAM - ONE GOAL”

If Team Building is where team spirit is demonstrated through each challenge, then Gala Dinner is an opportunity for everyone to sit closer together, share more and look back at the moments experienced throughout the journey.

In a close and warm atmosphere, stories, laughter and exchange moments helped members understand each other better behind their daily work.

One Team - One Goal is not just the theme of a Gala night. That is also the spirit Saigon Express always aims for in its development journey: Each person has a different position, job and strength, but they are all contributing to a common goal.

A team can only go far when its members agree, support each other and look in the same direction.

For Saigon Express, Team Building is not simply an annual trip or a period of rest after working days. This is also part of the journey to build corporate culture - Where people are connected, team spirit is nurtured and collective values ​​are spread through each practical experience.
