Step 1: Receive customer information

Customers who need to move a full package just need to contact hotline 0939 176 176 and Saigon Express staff will provide dedicated guidance and advice. Step 2: Instant quote or free survey

Based on the information provided by the customer, Saigon Express staff will quickly quote the price right over the phone. For projects that require complex dismantling and many large and bulky furniture, staff will directly come to survey and advise on transportation options and quotes for customers free of charge.

Step 3: Sign the moving contract

If the customer agrees with the shipping plan and cost offered by Saigon Express, the two parties will sign a shipping contract with specific terms.

Step 4: Proceed with the move

According to the time agreed in the contract, Saigon Express will dispatch necessary staff, vehicles and equipment to carry out the move.
